Privacy & cookie notice

This notice explains how Ashlie Walker ("I", "me") uses personal information collected through ashliewalker.co.uk. I am the data controller. You can contact me about anything in this notice at info@ashliewalker.co.uk.

What I collect and why

• Contact form: your name, email address, the topic you choose and your message. I use these to reply to your enquiry. The lawful basis is your consent, and my legitimate interest in responding to people who contact me. Messages are delivered to my inbox by an email service provider (Resend).
• Consultation bookings: when you book a call you use YouCanBookMe. They collect the details you enter, under their own privacy policy, and share them with me so I can hold the call.
• Course purchases: The Transformation Process is sold on ashliewalkercoaching.com, which has its own privacy information.
• Analytics (only with your consent): if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 records how the site is used, such as pages viewed and buttons clicked. IP addresses are not stored by Google Analytics 4. If you decline, analytics cookies are not set.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies unless you accept analytics. If you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies beginning with _ga to tell visits apart. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage. You can change it at any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

How long I keep information

I keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards, normally no longer than two years unless we go on to work together.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you, object to how I use it, or withdraw consent at any time. Email info@ashliewalker.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how I've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
