About Ashlie
I'm a coach, yes. I'm also a human being.
I've dedicated my life to understanding the move from suffering, to surviving, to thriving. I don't just mean waking up without a knot in your chest. I mean waking up feeling alive, excited and fulfilled.

Being confident
I began working as an actress at the age of nine. I was an anxious introvert, and my profession needed huge courage. That started a long search into what it means to overcome fear. After more than 20 years working as an actor and presenter, I began coaching others. I trained, worked and taught extensively in Meisner Technique, which gets straight to the heart of our innermost fears and desires, and I became Managing Director of The Actors Temple studio in London.
One of the most powerful things I learned there is that when we lean into discomfort, it stops running our lives. Fear of discomfort sits at the heart of so many of my clients' problems. Being courageous isn't about eliminating fear. It's about learning to work with it.
Being me
My work brings together coaching, inner-child work and a spiritual side, alongside my training in cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy. That lets us work with thoughts, emotions and behaviours at their roots, not just the surface. When you understand how your mind, body and inner life connect, change becomes much more possible.
My purpose is not to make you dependent on me. It's to teach you the tools so that self-awareness, self-compassion and real self-care become part of your everyday life.
Being honest
I'm not here as a symbol of the perfect person. I've experienced overwhelm, burnout, stress, panic attacks and auto-immune disease, and I know first-hand how lonely that can feel. I've also seen that it's possible to reclaim your power even when you feel at your most powerless. Often it's in our darkest moments that we're willing to try a new way.
Every woman I've coached has started with a reason she can't be happy. For me, it was becoming a mum. I thought love meant self-sacrifice: no time, no money, no energy. My excuse to fail soon became my reason to change. Now my own wellbeing, health and growth come first, and that's what allows me to give so much to my clients.
Real change needs radical honesty: where you are right now, where you truly want to be, and what's getting in the way. So I work with people who are committed to that. If you want someone to do the work for you, I'm not the right coach. If you're ready to show up, learn and unlearn, I'm ready when you are.
Being human
I don't believe we need to suffer to be human. I believe it's through healing that we get truly creative and show others what life can be. Being successful and spiritual aren't mutually exclusive. Neither are being ambitious and kind. You just need to learn how.
